1. Delivery Coverage
We currently ship across India to serviceable pin codes via our courier partners.
2. Shipping Charges
Orders above ₹999 qualify for free shipping. Orders below this amount are charged a flat shipping fee of ₹49.
3. Processing Time
Orders are typically accepted and handed to our courier partner within 1-2 business days of being placed, excluding public holidays.
4. Delivery Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped, and can track it anytime from your Order History page.
5. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier partner will make further attempts as per their policy. Orders that remain undelivered after multiple attempts may be returned to us (RTO).
